About the Move

People are often afraid of change. When we get comfortable in our lives, we tend to refuse to go outside of our comfort zone and try something new. We are always crippled with fear of failure and making a mistake. But according to Victoria, there is no such thing as a mistake. There are only lessons that need to be learned. 

Setting the Move in motion:

1. Get a piece of paper and write down 10 things you want to do that you haven’t done before.

2. Surround yourself with people who support you in a positive way. Stay away from negative people.

3. Do something each day that will get you closer to your goals.

4. Keep crossing out goals until you clear all 10.
