About the Move

There are no shortcuts in life. If you want to achieve something, you have to work for it. But oftentimes, we keep our heads down and burn ourselves out. You need to start working smarter for a more sustainable career.

Whether you are lacking the motivation to work, or you are burned out, execute this move and start working harder and smarter. In order to rewire your brain into working harder, you need to turn it into a habit. Science says you have to do something consistently for a period of time in order to change your behavior and starts doing things passively.

Setting the Move in motion:

Write down all the things that you need to do in a day.

Make sure that it is visible so that you can see it first thing in the morning. It could be as simple as reading for half an hour, meditating, or working for an hour.

Stick to your list and cross out when you have accomplished.

Crossing out things on the list will give you a sense of accomplishment that will motivate you further.

Set time to rest.

This is vital to avoid burnout. Do not set multiple continuous hours of work. Schedule rest times in between.

Repeat until it becomes a habit.

Repeat this cycle for at least 90 days to form a habit.
